We are currently hiring for the following opportunities:

TEAM LEAD INSTALLER:

We have an immediate opening for a Team Lead Installer to manage a team while ensuring the accuracy of installations of top-of-the-line heating and air conditioning equipment , as well as plumbing work for our customers. As a Team Lead Installer, you will travel to our client’s properties, inspect their current equipment, find defects in their device, perform the required repairs or maintenance routines, and manage a team that completes similar duties.
A successful candidate will need excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a management mindset. Their essential duty is to provide professional guidance and advice for their team and their clients in order to be able to choose the most acceptable HVAC system as well as the design and installation of these systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Inspect the effectiveness and safety of current customers’ HVAC and plumbing systems including:
  • HVAC: Warm air furnace, duct work, ductless AC or heat pump, ducted AC or heat pump, air source, and ground source
  • Plumbing: Boilers, water heaters, gas and steam piping, and general plumbing
• Hands-on ability to install HVAC-related equipment following manufacturer’s specifications
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
• Ability to create procedure and materials checklists and monitor throughout the span of the project
• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
• Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with superiors, co-workers, and customers
• Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of professional HVAC skills and experience
• Ability to manage a team and communicate with staff
• Ability to budget time and deadlines
• No history of callbacks after installation

HVAC TECHNICIAN:

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC service technician to maintain and repair our customer’s HVAC systems. The HVAC service technician will assist with repairing and calibrating systems and replacing various components such as transformers, thermostats, and compressors.
You will diagnose problems, relay costs to customers, and offer alternative solutions. To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment
• Performing routine preventative maintenance
• Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents and ductwork
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests

HVAC INSTALLER:

We have an immediate opening for an HVAC installer to accurately install top-of-the-line heating and air conditioning equipment for our customers. As an HVAC Installer, you will travel to our client’s properties, inspect their current equipment, find defects in their device, and perform the required repairs or maintenance routines.
A successful candidate will need excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Their essential duty is to provide professional guidance and advice for clients to choose the most acceptable HVAC system as well as the design and installation of these systems.

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, licensed plumber to install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in residences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Working with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
• Responding to, diagnosing, and resolving plumbing emergencies
• Performing routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
